Ground Operations Customer Trainer - 12 month FTC Luton

Here at easyJet we are passionate about our Ground Operations and aim to deliver exceptional service to all of our customers. To support this, we now require a Customer Trainer to join us on a 12 month FTC, who can deliver training to easyJet's contracted Ground Handling Agents throughout the network. Alongside this, the Customer Trainer will also run 'train the trainer' courses in order to embed the easyJet values with our partners. Providing feedback on performance of courses, the Trainer will support the rollout of new procedures and be constantly looking to build on our success

Working as 'one team,' the Customer Trainer will ensure that all Ground Crew are engaged and delivering standards and behaviours required of staff representing the easyJet brand. Passionate and customer focused, the Customer Trainer will ensure we deliver great customer service throughout the airport journey, and will be fully committed to making travel easy and affordable for all of our customers. In short, the Customer Trainer will strive to live our values and be dedicated to ensuring easyJet is Europe's preferred short haul airline. As a new role, this will offer the successful individuals the opportunity to really make the role their own and build a strong network both internally at easyJet and externally with our suppliers.

Responsibilities
