Hudson are looking for an experienced Learning and Development Co-ordinator to work within a fast paced not for profit business on a contract basis to support the business through a period of change.
As part of a team of Learning and Development professionals within a commercial function you will be responsible for ensuring Training Administration is delivered accurately and on time.
Responsibilities;
Ensure the smooth running of the learning and development programme.
Ensure effective Liaison with venues, caterers, delegates and trainers.
Build relationships with external vendors.
Formulate and distribute certificates to delegates once training has been completed.
Deal with any queries relating to the learning and development programme.
Build solid working relationships with the other team members.
Assist other members of the team with general admin duties as and when required.
Requirements;
The successful candidate will ideally have worked within HR or learning and development in their previous role, or someone who has had exposure to an administration role. Be self motivated, able to use their own initiative, possess excellent communication, organisational and administration skills and be computer literate. Having sound levels of professional practice/knowledge in areas relevant to the post
