The Role


The Graduate Program Coordinator will be expected to fulfil a range of duties including but limited to:



Support the ongoing design, delivery and operational execution of the organisations graduate rotation program.
Work closely with the wider global HR team.
Conduct regular reporting and present on the findings.
Be the first point of contact for all the graduates on the program and help them bed into the organisations.
Identify development gaps in the graduates and act accordingly with strategic objectives.
Assist in the assessments throughout the program.
Support the Director in ultimately finding placements for the graduates

The Candidate


You must have the following essential skills:



Experience in a graduate recruitment/development role
Proficient in MS Office
High energy and attention to detail
Strong academic background
Working proficiency in French
Excellent communication skills.

Training Coordinator - Luxury Retailer


Supporting the Training Manager, this is a great opportunity for someone organised, with lots of energy, whos passionate about working in luxuy retail.
You'll have previous HR coordinator experience to be considered, along with a desire to continue a career path within the HR field. Retail/ Luxury retail, background would be desirable, however not essential.

Your core duties in this role will include:

* Supporting the L&D team
* Ensuring the smooth running of the L&D department
* Manage room and venue bookings
* Communicate planned and upcoming training sessions to the business
* Manage all training bookings, invites and attendants
* Compile and put together literature relating to the training
* Distribute and collect feedback forms to those who attended and relay findings back to L&D team
* Produce reports on the effectiveness of training delivered and potential improvements

This is a great role, working in a sizeable team, where you will be able to work autonimously whilst learning from some fantastic experienced L&D professionals and having the support and guidance to grow and develop the role and your own personal scope.
The position would suit an ambitious, forward thinking, sociable, confident and hard working individual.

Standard Hours Monday to Friday with flexibility required on some occassions when training is being delivered.

This role will provide full administrative support to the Learning & Development (Talent) team and where appropriate provide cover and support to both the Talent Coordinator supporting recruitment and the Talent Coordinator supporting E-learning.

The successful candidate will coordinate and take ownership of the trainee manager journey and all management development we offer across the UK and Ireland, as well as manage their own small Learning and Development based projects.  Coordinating people remotely and building strong relationships with the key stakeholders within the business is vital; so structuring tasks, communicating information, processing details quickly, adjusting to change, showing resilience and creating innovation are vital personal abilities to perform within this role.

In addition, this person will be a first point of call for the whole of the business, and will build on strong links with our international training and development team and key contacts such as development suppliers, alongside ad-hoc Learning and Development projects.

The successful candidate must have; a proven track record within administration and coordination, experience of working within an office based environment, and be able to demonstrate the ability to prioritise with solid time management skills. You will have experience in refining and improving processes, so developing more efficient and effective ways of working based on own intuition and others feedback will ensure the career development journey achieves us recognition as being an Employer of Choice.

Hudson are looking for an experienced Learning and Development Co-ordinator to work within a fast paced not for profit business on a contract basis to support the business through a period of change.

As part of a team of Learning and Development professionals within a commercial function you will be responsible for ensuring Training Administration is delivered accurately and on time.

Responsibilities;

Ensure effective Liaison with venues, caterers, delegates and trainers.
Build relationships with external vendors.
