Relations and Development Adviser - CPD
Based in Central London

Our client is looking for a Relations & Development Adviser (CPD) for one of the world's leading learning company.
Purpose
This is a new role specifically to develop and run the CPD program for their Associates
To design and deliver development and retention activities for Associates particularly Senior Assessment Associates
To develop and implement policies relating to Associates in order to maximise the effectiveness of Associates
To manage tissues related to the performance of Associates
Key Accountabilities
Prepare the annual CPD plan
Manage contracts with training providers
Develop a training plan and content including a calendar of activities
Create, design and upkeep the Webpage
Create supporting documentation and guidelines
Be responsible for the annual budget
Work with internal stakeholders to source new training
Develop engagement strategy for both internal and external stakeholders
Contact writers to produce new material
Manage CPD communication including query management
Deal with event invites
Track Associates attendance and maintain records for all 22,000 Associates
Arrange and monitor payment for writers
In addition to this you will also support the Relations team with:
Develop and maintain a succession planning programme for Senior AssociatesDesign and deliver cost effective events that support the development of AssociatesEvaluate training and development activityTo manage the Associates development budgetOversee the senior Associates performance Management processEnsure terms and conditions and travel and subsidence policies are reviewed and updated twice yearly (or for each series as required)Enhance the benefits/incentive package for AssociatesRegularly monitor and review existing benefits packageMonitor new legislation and develop appropriate policies for AssociatesManage the Associates Survey (Annually) and Newsletter (Quarterly)Key Challenges
Develop an engaging CPD program
Design, develop and implement interventions that enhance the contribution Associates make
Work with the Relations & Development Manager to advise on and develop policies and procedures relating to Associates in line with new legislation
Work across teams to improve Associates Retention
Ensure that any breaches of the Associates Code of Conduct are investigated
Essential
High level verbal and written communication skills
Must be educated to degree level or equivalent
Experience of working an L&D environment or working on a CPD programme
Training or development experience
Experience in delivery with high volume and complex issues and a customer facing role
Intermediate MS Word, Excel and Outlook, use of databases
