You will work as a key member of the HR team providing a dedicated support to the business unit. You will be someone who thrives in an ever changing environment and will be involved in:-
- Developing and managing client relationships
- Anticipating business requirements
- Develop manager and leader capability through coaching
- Provide an effective Employee Relations support
- Ad-hoc Projects
You will need to be CIPD qualified or equivalent with experience of working in a fast paced, commercial, rapidly changing matrixed environment, with experience of business partnering. Some travel will be involved.
