A boutique training and development consultancy based in Wimbledon has a new requirement for a fee earning Training and Development Consultant to join them on a contract basis (with a view to go permanent.) Working alongside three other fee earners across a number of sectors, this role will have responsibility for:


- Business development including writing proposals and finding new opportunities to contribute to the company's sales targets.

- Work with clients, performing learning and training needs assessment, providing recommendations for new products.

- Support full cycle training design, from conception through to design and development of training & development solutions.


- Customising programmes for clients, including tailoring of existing solutions and designing bespoke solutions where necessary.


The successful candidate will ideally have experience working in a similar role within a fee earning environment and must have experience of leadership and management training programmes. This is initially a six month contract with a view to go permanent for the right candidate. The role is based in Wimbledon (travel required) and is paying up to £50,000 PA.
