Duties and Responsibilities:

•Direct the activities of 8-20 Unit and consultant staff in the planning and execution of several major program development and evaluation projects.
•Direct 3-5 project teams in the development and evaluation of programs of instruction, tests, and certification instruments for the company's industrial and technical work forces.
•Provide consultation and high-level professional expertise to T&D management on proposed programs, policy changes, MoC and in the evaluation of current activities.
•Interpret corporate and T&D policy and ensure that all work activities under his/her control adhere to and align with current directives. Recommend policy changes to management as appropriate.

Minimum Requirements:
•You will have a bachelor's degree in one of the following areas: English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, Engineering or Information Technology, Instructional Systems Design, Educational Technology or equivalent. A master's degree is preferable.
•Significant experience in academic education or vocational training. This should include experience in instructional design, development, delivery and evaluation of training programs, curricula and test blueprint development and validation. For Analysts assigned to the Quality Assurance Unit at least 5 years of experience in quality approaches such as training program evaluation, total quality management, ROI, Six Sigma or Lean Six Sigma is required.
