Due to our success and growth an exciting opportunity as Client Director has arisen within the Client Solutions Team.  You will be responsible for building substantial, profitable and enduring senior and high quality relationships with global large and medium sized companies.  You will work with senior leaders in their business and in HR/L&D to sell and structure learning opportunities at scale. These will mainly be custom propositions as well open enrolment programmes. You will also have the skill and capability to cross sell across both options as well as a broader understanding of the wider school offerings including degree programmes and research centres.

You will take overall accountability for growth and profitability for a portfolio of existing clients and the acquisition of new clients. You will have responsibility for qualifying, shaping, agreeing, contracting and mobilising agreed solutions and ensure both the client and London Business School business requirements are met.

You will possess the necessary gravitas, business acumen and credibility required to enable dialogues with senior level executives. You will have substantial consultative selling experience, preferably within a B2B or professional services environment, selling complex client solutions or sophisticated products. Core business development skills are essential with strong networking, proposal writing, pitching and presentation skills. Demonstrable experience of key account management and growing client relationships within an effective team is required.  Intellectual curiosity and cognitive agility is important.  Experience in organisational/business change, Human Capital, knowledge and an understanding of learning and development would be helpful.

This role will require you to travel within the UK and overseas on a regular basis and so experience of working and living in other countries as well as additional languages would be beneficial.
