FINANCIAL SERVICES TRAINER

My client is a leading financial services organisation in the centre of Birmingham.. They are currently going through a significant period of transformation and as a result of this they are looking to recruit an Trainer. Working as part of a training team, you will be responsible for providing an all encompassing L&D service to the business.

In this role you will have responsibility for the full learning life cycle, including the design, delivery and analysis of all management development, coaching, systems training, sales training and soft skills. You will engage with business leaders to ensure value adding learning interventions are offered. In this role you will also take a lead on succession planning and talent development.

To be successful in this role you will have a strong track record of providing a commercially focussed L&D service to a fast paced and diverse business within the financial services or banking sectors. This will include design, delivery, training needs analysis and evaluation. You will be able to work autonomously and will be able to communicate effectively with key stakeholders.

This is an immediate requirement therefore candidates should be immediately available.
