Head of Learning and Development

Head of Learning and Development South West London We are currently recruiting for a client who is an exciting Top 100 law firm based in London.

Reporting to the firm's Chief Executive, the Head of Learning & Development will develop, advise and implement L&D strategies firm-wide in order to achieve both the company and people strategy. 

Objectives:

Ensure relevant learning initiatives are provided for staff at all levels and ensure compliance with SRA and firm requirementsDevelop, communicate & deliver clear firm-wide learning programmes for all staffTo deliver ad hoc learning and development projects as directed by the board and support other firm-wide initiativesEnsure the investors in people standard is met within L&DTo lead on the design and delivery of company performance and development programmes Key Areas:
