Looking for an opportunity to apply your first-rate Learning and Organisational Development expertise to make a real difference? Your contribution will help Macmillan achieve its goal of reaching and improving the lives of everyone affected by cancer.

We are looking to recruit an internal consultant to support the delivery of a range of learning and organisational development interventions which will help build a learning and performance culture, an engaged workforce and the capability needed to deliver Macmillan’s Fundraising People Strategy. Working with senior leaders you will identify and meet development needs at individual, team and organisational level.

To succeed in this role, you will have experience of identifying needs and delivering or commissioning a range of blended learning interventions. You will be skilled in shaping and driving multiple projects in a fast paced and changing organisation. You will be an exceptional communicator with strong consulting, presentation and facilitation skills.

In addition, you will be able to demonstrate the business benefits of the learning and development activities you have implemented, backed by solid knowledge of learning and OD principles gained through relevant qualifications and/or significant experience in learning and organisational development.
