The Citizens Advice service helps people resolve their legal, money and other problems by providing information and advice, and by influencing policymakers. At national Citizens Advice we work in close partnership with bureaux to ensure an effective and high quality service for all.

Joining a dynamic and creative team your role will include the development of learning materials for the Citizens Advice Bureaux.

You must have an excellent understanding of adult learning within a competence based framework and effective communication skills. With experience of designing and supporting learning and development activities, you must be able to manage a varied workload and work on your own initiative. Desirable, but not essential, is knowledge of pension guidance or court witness services.

When filling in the application form, please state in the box for essential criteria no 1, whether you would like to be considered for the permanent post, the 12 month post, or both.
