A leading financial services firm is seeking a strong Instructional Designer for both design and development of instructor led training. The right candidate will be able to produce polished participant and facilitator materials for key regulatory projects using subject matter content and learning objectives, and have demonstrated experience in delivering quality products for large scale initiatives. Facilitator materials must be concise and easy to follow for SME instructors. You do not need to know how to develop in captivate, articulate, etc. however, you should have experience designing programs for classroom, on-line and virtual sessions. You should be able to create a design and pass it off for development to another resource face to face.

The ideal candidate will also have "client facing" experiences and skills with the ability to engage in conversations with clients to determine training content and approach. In this case, "clients" are defined as Private Bankers, Investors, and Account Executives as well as internal Compliance, Legal and Risk and Controls leadership. To be considered you will have experience doing instructional design work in the areas of risk, regulatory and compliance issues related to the financial services sector. Lastly, you will also have instructional design expertise in the areas of Asset Management and/or Investment Management. Experience within Financial Services is essential, with a preference for Asset Management.
