The Global Sales Trainer based in Bath is project based reporting to the Global Training and Development Manager within the Global HR function. Responsible for the design, delivery and evaluation of a global selling skills training programme across all sales functions and divisions that delivers a ROI/ROE. To work with key stakeholders to ensure the programme that meets the needs of our diverse sales population to deliver ROI and sales growth and the sales talent pipeline.
Essential:
- CIPD qualified in HRD or possess a BTEC Training Qualification /or equivalent.
- Experience in a sales selling skills training role within an industrial /commercial B2B organisation.
- Has gravitas and credibility of a seasoned selling skills training professional.
- Emotionally resilient and has the confidence to challenge.
- Has worked across culture and is experienced in frequent International business travel.
- Has worked in a highly technical / complex, multi-site / matrix global organisation.
- Is experienced in the design, delivery and evaluation of selling skills training programmes which delivered an ROI.
- Can demonstrate the use of blended training solut
