Learning & Development Manager

Learning & Development Manager Scotland

- Coordinate with Management to outline specific training needs and develop particular training plans
- Follow-up with all changes made within training programmes to assess their effectiveness and adjust appropriately
- Propose new business cases for the development of specific training plans within scope of the companies development plans
- Configure regular reports for senior management on the progress and effectiveness of the current L&D Solutions and KPI achievements
- Design courses in conjunction with the business L&D model and process for review by management
- Present training on a face to face basis or via web based classes
- Implement regular surveys on effectiveness of leadership development programmes

- Understanding and experience of working with eLearning interface
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis programmes
- Relevant L&D qualifications
- Ability to work through problems analytically

The ideal candidate will come from a hospitality, FMCG or retail background. To be successful you will have a confident approach, able to work alongside managers on all levels and help build a successful L&D function.
