This role sits within the Organisational Development team andis a really exciting opportunity for a commercially experienced L&D Manager! You will lead the implementation, planning, marketing and promotion of theorganisations` Learning and Development facilities to external client and other service users to influence their learning and development choices. - Previous substantive experience within a commercial learning & development senior management
- Previous experience and knowledge in the use and application of the National Vocational Qualification framework and/or other appropriate vocational qualifications
- Previous experience and knowledge of the design and delivery of learning and development interventions and Programmes
- Previous successful experience and track record in a learning and development marketing and sales environment

£38,000- £45,000
